Mercury Capital Ltd provide a seamless and efficient trading experience; however, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these terms may lead to account suspension, fund blockage, or legal action. - The use of Chamka, insider trading, and unauthorized trading strategies is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Sharing account credentials or engaging in unethical trading practices, including unauthorized account management, is not allowed.
- Scalping (profits generated within 3 minutes of trade execution) is strictly prohibited and may result in profit removal.
- Orders will be executed based on bid/ask prices, not the Last Traded Price (LTP).
- Negative balance protection is available up to a 30% step-out level; balances exceeding this may result in corrective actions.
- Users must ensure sufficient funds to maintain margin requirements and avoid liquidation of positions.
- Technical issues must be reported immediately along with user ID for corrective action.
- Payouts may be subject to delays due to banking processes.
All intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, software, and content on our platforms, remains the exclusive property of Mercury Capital Ltd. Unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Users must maintain confidentiality of their account information and are responsible for safeguarding their credentials.
- Mercury Capital Ltd do not provide legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Users are responsible for making their own financial decisions.

Users may terminate their relationship with us by closing their accounts. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Saint Lucia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Saint Lucia.
